Traccion lets you delete the data we hold about you, including any data we received from a connected platform such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google.
Connected platform data
When you disconnect a platform from your Traccion dashboard (Integrations → Disconnect), we immediately delete the access token and related data we obtained from that platform. If you removed the Traccion app from your Facebook account, Meta notifies us automatically and we delete the corresponding data.
Request deletion of all your data
To delete your entire Traccion account and all associated data, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
