Pricing

How much does the AI Receptionist cost?
Lite is $149/mo + $79 setup (200 minutes, English). Pilot is $497/mo + $79 setup (500 minutes, any language). Growth is $1,497/mo (2,000 minutes, voice cloning, review automation). Pro is $2,997/mo flat (5,000 minutes, dedicated success engineer). No revenue share at any tier.
How much does AEO and Visibility cost?
Starter is $649/mo (daily tracking across 5 AI engines, 2 published answers per week, Google Business Profile management). Pro is $1,249/mo. Elite is $2,449/mo with dedicated visibility engineer.
How much does Custom Software cost?
Engagements start at $3,450 for a single tool shipped in 2 to 3 weeks. Mid-size builds run $8,000 to $25,000 and ship in 4 to 8 weeks. Maintenance retainers from $249/mo.
How much does AI Marketing cost?
$1,750/mo plus ad spend billed directly by Google and Meta. We recommend $2,000/mo minimum ad spend for clean optimization signal.
Do you take a revenue share or closed-deal fee?
No. We do not take any percentage of revenue, bookings, or closed deals. Every plan is a flat monthly price.
Is the consulting call really free?
Yes. The 30-minute consulting call is free. You walk away with a written, ranked list of AI moves by ROI whether you hire us or not.

Contracts and terms

Are there long-term contracts?
No. Every plan is month to month. You can cancel any month. No cancellation fees.
What happens to my data and tools if I cancel?
You own your data, your call recordings, your transcripts, your customer list, and any software we built for you. We export everything to you on cancellation. No lock-in.
Do you have a refund policy?
If something is broken in the first 30 days of any plan, we either fix it or refund. We have not had to refund yet, but the policy stands.

Languages and integrations

What languages does the AI Receptionist support?
Bilingual English and Spanish by default on Pilot tier and up, auto-detecting on the first word of the call. Custom languages (Mandarin, Tagalog, French, Portuguese, others) available on Growth and Pro.
Which calendar systems does the receptionist integrate with?
Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, Square Appointments, Housecall Pro, ServiceTitan, FieldEdge, Calendly, Acuity. If your system has an API and you can grant access, we wire it up.
Which CRM systems do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and most popular CRMs. For custom builds, we can integrate with anything that has an API.
Do you integrate with Google Business Profile?
Yes. The Visibility service includes Google Business Profile management. Photos, hours, services, posts, review responses. We treat the Profile as a primary signal, not an afterthought.

Security and data ownership

Where is my data stored?
For our managed plans (Receptionist, Visibility, Marketing), your data lives on our enterprise-grade Postgres infrastructure hosted in US-East. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. For Custom Software engagements, we build on the infrastructure of your choice. Customers commonly pick managed Postgres with a US region, AWS, Cloudflare, or their own on-prem servers. We are happy to walk you through the tradeoffs on the scoping call.
Is the platform HIPAA-eligible for medical practices?
Standard plans are not HIPAA-eligible. For medical practices that need HIPAA-eligible infrastructure, we do custom builds on HIPAA-compliant hosting with a Business Associate Agreement. Pricing depends on scope.
Who can access my call recordings?
You and your designated team members. Traccion engineers access only when you grant access for support. Recordings are not shared, sold, or used to train any model.
How are passwords and access controlled?
Magic-link sign-in by default, so there are no passwords to reuse, leak, or phish. Admin actions require re-authentication, all session activity is logged, and we support SSO and 2FA on Pro and custom builds.

Onboarding and support

How long does onboarding take?
Lite tier: live in 5 minutes with default scripts. Pilot and above: 60 minutes of your time spread over 2 to 3 days for custom prompt tuning, then live. Custom Software: 2 to 6 weeks depending on scope.
What support do I get?
Email support on every plan, responded to within one business day. Growth and Pro get a dedicated success engineer with a direct phone line. Custom builds include a maintenance retainer for ongoing support.
Can I talk to a real person before signing up?

What if my business is unusual?
We have built custom AI for medical practices, law firms, real estate brokerages, auto shops, dental offices, accounting firms, and most local trades. If your business is unusual, the consulting call is the right starting point.
