AI Disclosure

Effective July 9, 2026

Traccion AI ("Traccion", "we", "us") builds and operates artificial-intelligence systems for the businesses we serve. We believe you should always know when you are talking to software. This page describes every place AI shows up in our products, how we disclose it, and how to reach a human being.

Where you will encounter our AI

  • AI phone receptionists. When you call a business that uses Traccion, an AI voice assistant may answer. Every assistant we provision identifies itself as an AI at the start of the call and states that the call may be recorded. If you ask the assistant whether it is a robot or a real person at any point, it is required to answer truthfully. These calls are recorded and transcribed to deliver the service (lead capture, appointment booking, follow-up texts) on behalf of the business you called.
  • AI chat on our website. The signup builder and any chat interfaces on traccion.ai are AI agents, and are labeled as such where they appear. They are not humans typing.
  • AI-assisted content and marketing. For customers on our Visibility and Marketing services, we use AI to draft articles, ad creative, and marketing messages. Drafts are subject to review workflows before publishing.
  • AI analysis. Our free website audit and visibility tracking query third-party AI systems (such as ChatGPT and Claude) and summarize the results.

Our disclosure commitments

  • Voice assistants disclose their AI identity verbally at the start of every call (California Business & Professions Code §17941, the "bot disclosure" law, and equivalent state laws).
  • If you directly ask any of our AI systems whether you are interacting with AI, it will confirm that plainly (Utah Artificial Intelligence Policy Act and similar statutes).
  • Call recording is disclosed at the start of every recorded call (California Penal Code §632 two-party consent).
  • We do not design our AI to impersonate specific real people.

Reaching a human

Every AI receptionist can take a message, arrange a callback from the business owner, or transfer the call where the business has enabled transfers. Saying "I want to talk to a person" is always respected. For anything about Traccion itself, email [email protected] — a human reads it.

Accuracy

AI systems can make mistakes. Appointment details are confirmed by text or email, and businesses review AI-drafted content before it publishes. If an AI assistant told you something that turned out to be wrong, contact the business directly or email us and we will help correct it.

Technology we use

Our AI features are built on commercial foundation models and infrastructure (including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI models, ElevenLabs and Cartesia voices, and Vapi/Twilio telephony). Call audio, transcripts, and chat contents are processed by these providers as necessary to deliver the service, under our Privacy Policy.
